Profile: Dr Jarrod Haar from the Waikato Management School is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Strategy and HRM. His research interests focus on work-family practices and issues from employee and employer perspectives, as well as the strategic management practices of New Zealand firms. He is a named researcher on a Foundation for Research, Science & Technology grant (contract number U0WX0227) entitled: Socially and Culturally Sustainable Biotechnology, which funded this research.
